Text conversations that end with the problem solved.
Website chat, in-app chat, WhatsApp and social DMs, answered by the same AI agent — grounded in your policies, reading the live order, and written the way each channel expects. Your team sees a draft, a briefing or nothing at all, depending on how you set the channel.
WhatsApp, where your customers already are.
Connect your WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Cloud API, Gupshup or Twilio and the same agent answers there: short lines, at most one emoji, the order or vehicle already looked up, and the action taken in the thread — a pickup booked, a replacement sent, a payment link for a failed COD.
Start with the AI as a copilot, not a stranger on the front line.
In copilot mode the agent never messages the customer. It posts a private note beside the conversation: a summary, the customer's sentiment, the intent, a suggested reply with its sources, and the next best action — already run if it's a lookup, one click if it's a refund.
When an intent's scores hold up, switch that channel to autonomous and the same reply goes out directly.
It knows when to stop — and leaves a briefing when it does.
On autonomous channels the agent hands off on exactly two triggers: when its confidence in the answer falls below the gate, or when the customer asks for something that needs approval. The conversation opens in your queue, labelled and assigned, with a briefing pinned on top.

Frequently asked
Can Settl answer customers on WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect a WhatsApp Business number through Meta's Cloud API or a provider such as Gupshup or Twilio, and the same AI agent answers there with the same policies and actions as every other channel.
Will the AI reply to customers without anyone checking?
Only where you allow it. Each channel runs in copilot mode — private drafts for your team — or autonomous mode. Public social replies are always drafts for approval.
When does a chat get handed to a human?
When the agent's confidence falls below the gate, or when the customer asks for something that needs approval, such as a refund above your limit. It also hands off whenever a customer asks for a person.
Can my agents edit the AI's suggestion?
Yes. In copilot mode the suggested reply is a starting point — use it, edit it or ignore it.
Does it work with our existing website?
Yes. The chat widget is one embed script, and it can identify customers who are already signed in.
