Privacy policy

This policy covers the public website at settl.co.in, run by Zenrac Technologies (“Settl”, “we”). It does not cover the Settl product at app.settl.co.in: data your customers send through Settl is governed by the agreement between your company and us.

What we collect

• The demo request form. Your name, work email, phone number, and, if you give them, your company, monthly support volume and a message.
• Server logs. Like any web server, ours records the IP address, browser user agent, page requested and time of each request.

The website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and loads its fonts from our own server.

Why we use it

We use the form details only to reply to your request, arrange a demo, and follow up about Settl. Server logs are used to keep the site running and secure. We don't sell personal data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to our team by Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Both may store data outside India.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for up to 24 months after. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or erase it, or withdraw your consent. Contact us through the form on the homepage or write to us at the address below, and we'll reply within 30 days.
