A CRM that fills itself from the conversations you already have.
Every enquiry the AI agent handles becomes a scored lead, routed to the right dealer or rep, with coaching written from what the customer actually said. Use Settl's built-in CRM, or point the same connector at Salesforce.
From a call to a qualified lead before the customer hangs up.
The agent asks the questions a good salesperson would — how the product will be used, the timeline, what they're comparing against — and writes the answers onto the lead. Scoring rules grade it, routing rules send it to the right dealer by distance and load, and a test ride can be booked on the same call.
A pipeline that ends at the number plate, not the booking.
Inquiry, rep assigned, demo, test ride, quotation, negotiation, booked, RTO and registration, delivered. The registration wait is a stage of its own, because that's where deals actually sit for a fortnight — and its gate asks for the allotted VIN and chassis number, while delivery is refused without a number plate.
Stage probability and the AI's win likelihood are shown side by side and named differently, because they're measured differently.
Discounts with a floor nobody can sell under.
Price a deal as unit price times quantity, with a discount as an amount or a percentage. Each product has a floor price a quote cannot go below, and the margin over it is on the record. Accounts show what each customer has committed, paid and still owes — an unbooked deal stays a forecast, never a receivable.
Coaching on every record — even the ones the AI never spoke to.
Leads from a conversation get coaching written from the transcript. Walk-ins, imports and old records get the same five blocks written from the record itself: where the deal stands, what the customer cares about, the risk, the next step, and what's been tried.
Reports a sales manager actually opens.
Rep performance on one screen: pipeline, weighted pipeline, won and lost, win rate, units, revenue, margin, discount given, days to close, leads, touches and overdue tasks. Plus funnel conversion, time in stage, lost reasons, test-ride outcomes and results by dealer, product and source.

Frequently asked
Do we need Salesforce?
No. Settl has a built-in CRM with the same objects, rules and funnel. If you already run Salesforce, the same connector writes there instead — switching is one setting, and nothing upstream changes.
Is the built-in CRM a lighter version?
It's the same model as the Salesforce build — leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, test rides, dealers, products, payments — on the database Settl already runs, with no per-seat licence. In a few places it goes further, such as RTO and registration as a stage and pricing floors.
How does a conversation become a lead?
When a sales conversation ends, Settl extracts the customer, the product and the qualifying answers, scores the lead, routes it to a dealer or rep, and attaches coaching. The same conversation produces the same score in either CRM.
Who changed what?
Every write records the user who made it — in field history, on activities and on dealer assignments — so changes by people and by the AI are both auditable.
Is it only for automotive?
The pipeline was built with EV and automotive dealer networks, where registration and delivery matter. Leads, accounts, deals, payments and coaching work for any considered purchase.
